Planning the Room
Using Virtual Worlds we begin your drawing in the traditional way by creating a 2D plan to your bathroom dimensions. Wall lengths can be specified with millimetre precision and corner angles set to the nearest degree. Then at the touch of a button your plan is transformed into 3D.
Creating the Room
Once in the 3D world it is easy to build up the room by importing items from the product ranges we have available. The objects can easily be moved around, rotated, re-sized and positioned to your requirements. Architectural features can be generated to exact dimensions to create your dream room.
Working Views
Choose from plan view, front, rear, left and right elevations and move between these views easily, or fly to any area you wish.
Decorating
In Virtual Worlds it is easy to try out different decorative styles. For example your walls can be instantly painted, tiled, and wallpapered, you can see what the floor looks like tiled or as strip wood. Colours and patterns can be changed instantly in front of your eyes without having to wait for screen redraws.
We can add detail and help create the individual look; you can add plants, radiators, pictures, mirrors and other items from the libraries of generic objects.
Building
We can add features to your room such as box-work to hide soil pipes or plinths into which you can sink a bath. Multiple shapes are available and these can then be tiled or decorated as you choose.
Exploring the Room
Virtual Worlds is the only room planning system to offer ‘real-time fly through’ - giving you the freedom to ‘walk’ around your dream room. You can see what it looks like from sitting in the bath, or from a child’s point of view. We can give our customers a real feel for what their new room could look like. Instant design changes can be made in front of you with our Virtual Worlds package.
Print Outs
Full colour print outs are given to you along with a fully itemized quotation of your new dream bathroom. We find this also assists the installer who can follow the drawing during his installation.
